The contact form on this site collects only the details you choose to enter: your name, email, optional phone number, how you describe yourself, optional project type, state, estimated financing need, and your message. It is delivered to us by email so we can respond to your inquiry.
What we never collect here
This website does not request or accept Social Security numbers, government identification, credit reports, bank credentials, passwords, or bank account login information. Please do not send them through this site. Secure document exchange takes place only through the client portal or another channel we confirm with you directly.
How information is used
We use what you send to respond to you, review the request, and — with your knowledge — coordinate the preparation of a file. We do not sell your information. Information may be shared with the applicable capital source or service providers involved in a transaction you have asked us to pursue.
